Volhard Veggie Pak blends are made from a variety of dehydrated vegetables and herbs. Veggie Pak contains liver in the beef and pork varieties and no liver in the plain variety. Veggie Pak can be used to supplement homemade diets, incomplete frozen raw diets, and processed kibble/canned food diets.
Veggie Pak can be used in our AM/PM diet, or as an extra boost of nutrition with any of our diets.
Veggie Pak hydrates to four times its weight, meaning every 1 lb bag of Veggie Pak will provide your pet with 4 lbs of fresh vegetables and herbs. Dehydration is done slowly at a low temperature to maintain all the nutrition in the product. Once rehydrated, the nutrition is the same as fresh from the garden vegetables and herbs.

My dog is a very fussy eater. He doesn't gobble up his Foundation mix with raw protein added like most dogs seem to do. He eats it much more readily when I add some scoops of Veggie Pak to it. I very much recommend Veggie Pak as a supplement to your dog's diet. It smells really good too. My dog comes sniffing when I open the Veggie Pak.
